Our Policies

ONLINE RETURNS

• Returns are accepted for store credit (gift card)
  ONLY.
• All returns must be back to our store within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
• Items MUST be returned with a packing slip inside. We MUST have the Order #.
• If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, & Address.
• When your return is received a store credit will be sent to you via email or mobile number.
  (Depending on which you provided at checkout.)
• After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item.
• -Original shipping fees are
  NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned items).

• All items ordered will be shipped within 2-4 business days.
• We are a one woman show sometimes two!
